How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches Abroadlistened Garage Doors deserves a fair and honest experience. If yours fell short, we want to know. This page shows how to tell us and what happens next. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- How Abroadlistened Garage Doors handled your call or message
- The way your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Trouble Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, a good first step is to contact the provider directly. Keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Abroadlistened Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@abroadlistened.garden and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What went wrong and what result you hope for
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we received your note, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
You can reply and ask us to review the matter again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
